Legal
Terms
Last updated 15 September 2026
These terms cover quocom.network and the Quocom Android app. Quocom is wallet-to-wallet encrypted voice. Your number is your 0x. If you do not agree, do not use it.
The product
Quocom is not a mobile carrier. There is no SIM, no rented phone number, and no promise that a radio in a pocket will wake. Both people keep Quocom open — site or Android app — so a ring can show up. Encrypted audio. Camera off. The caller pays.
Your wallet
You connect a wallet you control. You are responsible for that key. Quocom does not custody it, cannot reset it, and cannot reverse a chain transfer you already signed. Minutes sit on the 0x that paid. A different wallet is a different number.
Minutes
Talk time is prepaid. Spend $QUOCOM for minutes on Ink; ETH and USDC still work. You reserve minutes when you ring. Missed or declined rings return the hold. Talk time bills in whole minutes. Incoming calls do not debit the person who picks up.
The token
$QUOCOM is how minutes are meant to be bought. It is not a promise of profit, a security offering, or advice to buy or sell. On-chain prices move. Checkout quotes a pack in dollar terms at the time you confirm.
Reachability
If the other wallet is not on Quocom, they will not hear the ring. That is the honest constraint of a phone that is not a carrier. Try again when both sides are live.
Acceptable use
Do not use Quocom for anything illegal where you are. Do not harass, spoof someone else’s 0x as a trick, or attack the network. We may refuse service to a wallet that is abusing the line. We are not a court and not a police department.
No warranty
Quocom is provided as is. WiFi fails. Chains congest. A node can drop. We do not warrant uninterrupted calling or any particular quality of a given path. You use it knowing it is software on a public network, not a regulated phone company with a service-level brochure.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Quocom is not liable for lost keys, lost funds, missed rings, or conversations you chose to have. Our total liability for a claim about the service is limited to the minutes you prepaid and did not use, or fifty US dollars, whichever is less.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Keep using Quocom after a change and you accept the new terms.
