Quocom is a decentralized phone for wallets. Your number is the 0x you connect. This page is for quocom.network and the Quocom Android app — same product, same rules.
What Quocom is not
There is no SIM, no carrier account, and no phone-company file with your name on it. We do not mint you a username. We do not run a public directory of who called whom. We do not sell a voicemail box of recordings.
Your number is your wallet
The address you connect is how people reach you. Minutes you prepaid sit on that wallet. Call history in the dashboard is for the wallet you are connected as — not a global social graph. On a shared machine, disconnect when you stand up.
Microphone and camera
The microphone is used only to carry your voice on a live call. Camera stays off. We do not keep call audio as a product you can play back later. You can revoke the microphone in system settings.
What a call needs
To ring another 0x, Quocom needs to know that you are calling them, whether they accept, and how long you talked so minutes settle in whole minutes. Unused holds return. The person you call is not billed and is not paid. Encrypted audio moves wallet to wallet. Speech is not written to a block explorer.
What is public on-chain
Spends for minutes settle on Ink. Anyone who already knows a wallet can see that a transfer happened — a receipt, not the conversation. The public /burn page shows treasury balances, buybacks, and burns on purpose. That is proof, not surveillance of your calls.
What we do not do
We do not sell your wallet list. We do not ask for contacts or location. We do not require a legal name to take a call. We do not keep your keys. If you bridge funds from another chain onto Ink, those moves are yours on-chain.
Children
Quocom is not directed at children under 13. Do not use it if you are under 13.
Delete what we hold
Disconnect the wallet to end the session on that device. To ask us to delete minute-ledger and call-history records we store for a 0x, email hello@quocom.network and include the address. On-chain transfers cannot be erased from the chain. Nobody can un-publish a block.
